The exchange rate used by the credit card provider may not be exactly the same at the time of purchase.
The price shown for each product does not include the transport costs of the same but includes the VAT rate in force in Portugal.
We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice.
The prices of the products will be, during the execution of an order and its confirmation, valid throughout this specific process.

When placing an order, the value of it will be captive in the card account of the user in our favor.
Payment will be debited to the user’s card account at the time the items are dispatched. All transactions will be redirected to a secure online banking system, provided by PAYPAL, which accepts payments with Visa Electron, Visa and MasterCard cards.
We do not store any card numbers or any kind of information related to the act of payment.
We accept payments through PayPal accounts.
The costs of shipping the ordered items will be added to the value of the order in the process of completing the order.
Shipping costs will be automatically updated upon completion of the order.
Shipping costs do not include any import charges that may be levied upon entry into the customer’s country of destination.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND CHARGES
For all shipments to European Union countries, prices include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal.
We can not predict Customs and / or Taxes for non-EU countries.
If orders are subject to any additional charges, they will be charged directly by customs in the country of destination. Please contact your local customs services for more information.
All orders need a signature, upon delivery.
You can not change the delivery address of the parcels from the moment they are dispatched.
The delivery times given above are merely indicative and do not take into account any delays caused by problems with payment authorizations or customs clearance in the country of destination.
EXPEDITIONS AND COLLECTIONS
During the registration process on our site, the user will have to indicate the data of his personal address. The orders will be delivered to the address defined as the user’s address. If you want the order to be sent to an alternate address, that address must be indicated at the time of order completion (shipping address).
DELIVERY OF SUCCESSFUL EXPEDITIONS
The customer is requested to carefully inspect the package / packaging BEFORE signing the delivery document upon delivery of all shipments.
If for any reason the packaging seems to be tampered please sign the delivery document with reservations or refuse delivery.
If you accept the delivery of the order with reservations, or if you refuse it, please immediately make a complaint to the Carrier and contact us.
If for any reason the order can not be delivered to the address provided by the user at the time of purchase, there is a risk that it will be returned to us. These costs will be deducted on the refund to the user.
If the order is not delivered successfully at the user’s address, due to any lack of cooperation (wrong telephone number, wrong or incomplete address, non-compliance with import regulations, etc.), there may be a risk that the order will be returned to Portugal, any import charges that may be levied at the time of reentry in Portugal, such costs shall be deducted from any reimbursement.
Shipping costs will not be refunded in the case of undelivered orders.
The costs of returning undelivered parcels may still be subject to additional charges with taxes and costs or charges levied by customs or other entities that, in no case, will be reimbursed by us.
We ensure every order during the transit period until delivery to the user.
All orders require a signature at the time of delivery at which time the responsibility passes to the user.
If you designate a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, then you accept the evidence of a signature as proof of delivery and fulfillment on our part and the corresponding transfer of responsibility in the same manner.
TAX FREE (EXTRA-COMMUNITY PAYMENTS)
All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal.
For all non-EU countries in Europe and the rest of the world, customs duties may apply.
These costs will be borne by the buyer.
If these costs are not paid by the buyer and the order has to be returned to us, the cost of the return will be taken from the payment made.
All customers have the right to return In accordance with article 6 of Decree-Law no. 143/2001, of April 26, the customer has a period of 14 days to terminate the contract without payment of restitution and without having to indicate the reason, term which is counted from the day of receipt of the order by the customer. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an order, the item may be returned within 30 days for size change or 14 for refund.
All shipping costs will be paid by the user.
• The user must send us an email within 14 days from the date of delivery and indicate the ORDER NUMBER, PRODUCT CODE and REASON FOR THE RETURN.
• Any additional customs duties, taxes or charges you may incur will not be reimbursed by us.
• In case of return of all or part of the order, we will reverse the amount paid by the user (excluding shipping costs).
The user can choose between two forms of compensation:
The articles can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value (if you opt for a higher value item you will receive an email with the information to proceed with the payment of the surcharge).
In case of exchange additional costs for the shipment of the new article will be charged.
Once the articles to be exchanged are received and checked, the new article will be dispatched immediately.
As with the returns, all Customs Duties, taxes or additional costs that the user may incur will not be reimbursed by us in case of an article exchange.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. In case of orders paid by credit card, the amount refunded will be available in the client’s card account within approximately 10 days or in the following card account statement. The processing time may vary according to the company providing the credit card.
The value of orders paid through Paypal will be refunded to the original account. In refunds for intra-EU countries, VAT will also be refunded.
Returns and exchanges must arrive at our premises within 10 days of shipment and subject to the following conditions:
• Items must be returned with all original labels, packaging and other accessories shipped with the order.
• Returns must be packaged in the original carton. • In the case of defective articles or incorrect goods, the user must follow the instructions given above.
• We do not accept the return of articles that do not comply with the procedures of the terms and conditions of the return policies. Such items will be returned to the sender, to the original shipping address, at the user’s expense.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE / DEFAULT ARTICLES
The return of defective articles will only be accepted if the articles already present the defect at the moment of delivery to the user.
We make every effort to carefully check all articles to detect any defects in the articles, before proceeding with their dispatch.
We reserve the right to request photographic support for defective goods or wrongly shipped merchandise before authorizing the return, for the purpose of reimbursement of transportation costs and Import Rights.
All items returned as defective will be properly inspected at the time of receipt and all items subject to normal wear and tear will not be considered as defective.
Items that are defective will be exchanged for an identical item, subject to availability.
If you do not want a replacement item sent to you, you must make this request by email.
The return of defective articles must be requested within 14 days after receipt of the same.
Refunds for defective items will take place within 30 days of receipt of returned items.
If it is not possible to replace the defective item, we will refund the amount paid using the payment method originally used, in the same amount as the user.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF ARTICLES WITH BALANCE
All items with price reduction are final. It will not be possible to return or exchange articles with discounts, and the conditions of returns, refunds and exchanges do not apply.
